Vacuum forming is the process of moulding plastic material over a relatively inexpensive mould to obtain various shapes that would otherwise require expensive fabrication, which would be cost prohibitive for multiple quantities and not as consistent in quality.

What’s new is the process is applying distortion printing. Using software tools that distort the image so when it is vacuum formed over a particular shape it looks in perspective, just like the logos on football filed.  The 3 dimension is further enhanced with our 5 axis routing machine allowing complex shapes to be cut.
