Concept

The brief was to design a counter unit to display a range of Pilot pens. The client wanted an affordable and unique looking display. The display was to take advantage of the ready made injection moulded pocket .

Design

Produce

Fabricated and powder coated sheet metal Base and Bracket. CNC cut and screen printed transperant blue acrylic panels. CNC cut clear PETG pocket divider. Base mounted to a Lazy Susan. The unit is sent out flat packed and assembled using white christmas trees clip fasteners

Manage

The production of metal and plastic fabrication had to be synchronised. Lazy Susan spinners had to be sourced and ordered. Existing ready made pockets had to be ordered in time and shipped with the rest of the unit.
