The aim for this concept was to create a display case for Purina to securely show off there dog grooming clippers range. The display case needed to be clear for product visibility and be completely lockable.
Design
A few concepts were designed playing with a fully clear acrylic cabinet but we decided upon incorporating a powder coated metal base to give the unit a bit of colour to stand out. The metal base also help with locking the doors securely.
Produce
Fabricated clear acrylic body and doors. Plastic hinges. Fabricated and powder coated sheet metal base tray. Assembled with screws, nutserts and cabinet lock.
Manage
Coordinating production time for both metal and plastic components. Sourcing of fasteners and cabinet lock.
