Yamaha Easy Load Bike Stand

The project brief was to create a bike stand that would present and secure Yamaha's Range of Motorbikes at trade show and in store. The bike stand was required to suit a range of various tyre diameters and be adjustable without the use of tools.
Design
The Selmor team successfully produced a simple and effective Easy Load Bike stand. As the user pushes the back wheel into the bike stand, the tyre self locates and self locks with little room for wriggle. The unit folds down to minimise volume in freight.
Produce
Laser cut and fabricated mild steel profiles with Matte Black finish. Yamaha plaque is produced in acrylic with silver screen printed logo.
Manage
The unit was produced and printed locally. The unit is distributed fully assembled folded down and is installed by the Yamaha Team.
