Concept
This brief was to improve upon a previous design before a second run of production. The client wanted to reduce the weight of the unit, change the position and access to the printer, update graphics and change the colour.
Design
Large cut outs were made in the sides to reduce weight. These new holes are covered by slide in foam graphic panels. The printer was moved to an upright position so the paper would exit the unit easier. A lockable front door was added for added security.
Produce
Fabricated sheet metal. Powder coated finish. Vinyl graphics applied to front. Digital print on expanded foam side wings.
Manage
Sales have doubled for Hychlor since introducing these units into Bunnings. Re orders have been ordered.
